The way how the game is designed defaults to blu attacking and red defending, or both doing it. It propably would be confusing if both would be able to do that for some of the players, which is why Valve originally made this decision and game defaults to this. Its a hassle to swap the colors in the map.

After few playtests I did slight fixes and changes to the map. So, new update out for the map. Thanks.

It's using some of the Borneo models such as the trees so it might look somewhat similiar to you. However, if you look at ingame, it's nothing like Borneo as a map.

Basically a CP version of Borneo if you ask me...

The A area is actually ok just to be there. While it is near blu base, the blu base is big enough that there that the travel time is longer to spawn. Also, RED has a shortcut to A as long as a remains uncapped by blu. So far it has played ok.

The map also has semi-hidden features, pay attention to surrounding areas. Something might happen at them at some times.

Depends how you measure time. I think it was late november that i started working on this and at the end of january i had it "wrapped". After that I released 1 update that fixed some things. So basically i think this took about 120-150 hours or so to make.

Fair enough.

I understand your concern about A and B being too close but it's designed that way for a reason. The distance for BLU team is a lot longer from base to B than to A as it is for RED team, which has it a lot shorter but still BLU needs to cooperate in order to take over the B and have their spawn moved. Thanks.

The map looks really nice & It really does seem you put a lot of effort into this but,I feel that points A & B are too close to each other. But apart from that,The map seems great! Keep up the
