A roman candle weapon for the Pyro would be genius.

Can be used for flare-jumping.

Although, there had been a recent pyro secondary added, and lately, they have been the same style (flare gun style)

id say the above stats were pretty balanced :L
if this only had 3 ammo and did 50% less damage how would it be able to kill someone ?
i would like to see more reskins :L i think this would make a great reskin for the detonator
