I'm a bit lazy, so I created a ONE CLICK collection.

@Roy Yes, as is indicated on the right, you do need the Mass Transit DLC to play this map.

i am having the same problem as Xychor and i dont know how to redownload, do i need Mass transit DLC for it to work? please help it looks like a lot of fun

Hey, it's supposed to mimic coast protection and land reclamation. I needed to find some features for the edges there and my internal fiction was that they continue to reclaim land from the sea around those hills to extend the city, kinda like they did in The Netherlands

What is the point of the squared water area across the large river from the starting tile? It looks like the map got corrupted or something, not natural. Is it meant for some sort of inner-city bay or something?

Well, the map has a big sign saying "updated for Mass Transit" but I'll add it to the tags. Thank you for the compliment. I really need to get into it again ;)
Xychor Sep 6, 2017 @ 6:07pm
@Hiramas: Found the solution! apparently the problem was, that i didn't own the Mass Transit DLC and tried running the map with the game's deluxe version. Usually the Workshop tells me when I need a specific DLC to run a mod/map, so maybe you might tag your map for mass transit compatibility too. Beyond that I want to say that I really, really like the map's overall design. Hope to see more content of you at at one time or another :)

xychor oh, yeah. I had that issue when I switched over from Network Extensions to Mass Transit streets. The workshop version kept crashing. I unsubbed from the map and forced steam to redownload it and then it worked. I'll take a look in a moment to see if it's currently a problem. edit: I tested it, it's not currently throwing any errors for me. Try the solution I outlined. Unsub and try to force a redownload.

Hey, this seems to be an awesome map but unlikely i'm not able to use it. Every time i try to load it the simulation engine crashes at the end of loading screen and ingame i get the error message: "object reference not set to an instance of an object". The map itself looks like that: http://prntscr.com/ghwcjd

I have to add that so far your map is the only one from the workshop (and i downloaded quite a few) i keep struggling with. I tried to unsub and manually delete all objects you listed above from my CS-folder and redownload them completely but that doesn't solved the problem :(

Can you give me some support, so I will be able to play it? I really like the unique combination of mountains, water, and islands that still looks quite realistic :^)

Thank you for the kind words

Beautiful map. I terraformed quite a bit where my main city is, but I love your little details (like the rapids, and how rails and highway play hopscotch through the hills). Here's what I've done with it so far (it's only five days in the making, but quite detailed). Thank you! http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1086946797

Thank you

Oh well yes plenty of mods, but none of them should be able to mess with the map theme, mostly props and stuff.
Maybe ill find the bad boy, besides that its a lovely map, great work !
Capybellie  [author] Jun 7, 2017 @ 7:12am
@PhaseOne haven't had that happen to me so far. Any mods?
liveAiming Jun 7, 2017 @ 7:02am
My roads are full of "Snow" warnings, at 21°C ....
Matias Lq May 28, 2017 @ 12:37pm
I'll try that again one of the coming days. Thank you for taking the time to help me, I'll let you know if there are any more problems! :)
Capybellie  [author] May 27, 2017 @ 10:33am
As I said, it should work now, I tested it with the current uploaded version.
Again, if it STILL doesn't work, unsub and make sure that the map has been deleted, resub and it should be fine.
Matias Lq May 26, 2017 @ 1:52pm
Hmm, I'm not sure if it's your map - it's the only one where it fails to load the simulation, but other maps have roads that disappear in certain viewing angles. If you want I can PM you a mod-list, but I did clean them up because of this (nothing is so bad that it's not good for anything)
Capybellie  [author] May 26, 2017 @ 6:03am
mh, I hadn't time to playtest it, but it worked when I loaded it to check the traffic flow.
It loads for me with the loading screen mod, too. Could you send me a modlist?
edit: So, the uploaded workshop version crashes for me, too. Let me reupload the edited version.
edit 2: If the update won't work, please resubscribe to the map and look that it downloaded the current version, that should fix your problem!
Matias Lq May 24, 2017 @ 12:50pm
When I load your map it seems like the simulation engine crashes. It doesn't happen with other workshop maps, e.g. Copenhagen . See this [i.imgur.com] and this [i.imgur.com] image for the errors. I am 74% positive it's your map and not a mod, but feel free to correct me :)

Fixed the issues you found. The help is much appreciated!

Wrong road here being used here which means you only get traffic out instead of both in and out.

Found two road nodes overlapping. Will need to use move it to stretch the nodes ot redo the road.

Ravencroft you are indeed right, I'll redo that area. Ideally you shouldn't need more than the tree assets to play the map.
Ravencroft Jan 19, 2017 @ 3:40pm
Figured out the problem. Prop Anarchy needs to be turned on by default when loading the map.
Capybellie  [author] Jan 19, 2017 @ 4:24am
@Ravencraft hu, I checked and as far as I can say, I have all the trees I used in the list (I specifically checked that area).
The LUT I used for the screenshots is the VIVID LUT by ruocaled which you can find here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=415485220
Ravencroft Jan 18, 2017 @ 2:48pm
You are possibly still using trees not included in your list. Check screenshot below.

Also what LUT you using?
Capybellie  [author] Jan 18, 2017 @ 9:27am
Angus, yes it is.
Angus Jan 18, 2017 @ 9:26am
Is this map based off Vancouver BC? :p
Avanya Jan 17, 2017 @ 2:16am
I really love that shot of the bridge over the water - gonna have to try this map! :)
1ak0nia Jan 16, 2017 @ 11:02pm
Loving the San Minato theme on this map, makes the mountains seem so serene, and the national road layout is sensational.
YouHaveFoundNemo Jan 16, 2017 @ 5:30pm
I haven't even opened this up ingame yet, but it already looks amazing! :D
