This probably means the mod creator should re-export the "rust" asset bundle.
Client and server agree this asset is from Workshop File "Rust Mod" (841723208).

Can I edit this mod sir because we have a tool cupboard plugin where it needs the tool cupboard to be storage so players can put resources to maintain their base? Whereas your tool cupboard doesn't work like that instead it acts as a claim flag.
