you'd get credits and all that as expected of course. Just wanted to check for your yay or nay on the matter.
We have long moved past this mod and haven't worked on it for some time now.
Secondly, we would like to give you guys the chance to fix it, change it or expand it by changing the CC-license to a much more open format. You are now free to change anything and redistribute it freely.
The only downside is that you guys are on your own for that, we are unable or unwilling to provide source data for things like 3D-models or textures.

tl;dr: Weiterverbreitung der Mod ist erlaubt, so lange sie nicht verändert wurde und Credit gegeben wird. Für ein Modset ist der letzte Punkt ziemlich hinfällig, macht eh keiner.
Ich habe eine Frage wie ist es eigentlich wenn ich diesen Mod auf meine Server benutzten möchte darf ich das?
TFAR is an optional Mod! If you are not using TFAR, delete the german_radios.pbo files from the addons folder!
