For some reason the skylights stop working completely after a reload, not allowing light through anymore. I have MultiFloors installed, so maybe it's causing this issue?

Unless you have an auto-cut mod, no and never. And cutting and nuking are different things.

Well, new skylights still nuke the plants underneath them. But looks like colonists can sow under them after a reload buttkick.

@Dubwise v1.6, can't grow anything under a glass roof, and the glass roof destroys any plants directly underneath it once built.

Is it intentional or some sort of mod conflict that the Skylights more or less "suddenly" stopped working for Dub´s Hyiene´s Solar Heaters?

My game started crashing if I try to remove skylights or a drop pod breaks them. I have to use Dev mode "Destroy" to remove them.

with this mod i see the shadows create by sunlight INSIDE of the building and the trees is not auto cut after building a roof

I'm not sure if it is caused by another mod or this one, but whenever there is a drop pod raid on my base that drops the pods where the skylights are the game crashes. Not entirely complaining because I think this form of drop pod raid is stupid, but I can see it being annoying for others.

Any compatibility with ReBuild: Doors and Corners? Both mods add recipes for glass/windows made for each mod's buildables.

Hi! Would be nice for telescope to work under skylights in future. Building a dome around my park and it still requires a hole in the roof for stargazing - lol.

As for building skylights over water/mud, it's obvious that skylight is a building in terms of game, however it should not require any terrain support as for me. So simly removing <terrainAffordanceNeeded> from BasedSkyLight definition worked fine for me.

I'm noticing a minor issue - if I have FSF tweaks and already have trees allowed under a roof, pawns will cut trees in order to install skylights (even though trees are allowed under skylights).

i would like to build the skylights over a roofed water area, but it always want to build a bridge under the skylights.
is it possible to remove the bridge building?

@Sir Dhyne I was having the same problem and it looks like it was a problem with (Dirty) Windows. If I had a building that already had a side window on it it would cause that glitch when i put a skylight on it but as soon as i removed the other windows it worked fine

I wish the skylights allowed nature shrines/anima trees/etc. to be close to them without the penalty to meditation. I feel like nature loves skylights, so it is weird that they impose a penalty, imo.

Anyone else have a problem where installing skylights causes some of the nearby roof to be removed? The pawns keep trying to rebuild the roof over and over but it never sticks.

This mods is great. I can use it to decorate rooms and even give light to plants. So I really love this mod. Do you have any desire to update this mod to version 1.5?

Guys those who skylight gives only 50% of light,
The reason is Simple Utility Windows.
You need to turn off the feature in the setting of the mod. Otherwise, the mod limits the light from windows or skylights to 50%
