As for building skylights over water/mud, it's obvious that skylight is a building in terms of game, however it should not require any terrain support as for me. So simly removing <terrainAffordanceNeeded> from BasedSkyLight definition worked fine for me.
is it possible to remove the bridge building?
The reason is Simple Utility Windows.
You need to turn off the feature in the setting of the mod. Otherwise, the mod limits the light from windows or skylights to 50%
