I believe that is because of the adj bones. They need to be removed completely and probably the vertex paint has to be done again

Ah. There was this guy (RandomTBush) on the Facepunch thread that seemed close to exporting with a skeleton, albeit in 3DS Max. Have you asked him about it?

@BEEF I have to rig the models myself with blender. The models are unpacked .xfbin files. The models DO have their original skeleton bone data (when viewed with a hex editor) but unfortunately the skeleton doesnt appear when unpacked so there is no way at the moment to get the original skeleton rigs from the models unless someone finds a way to rip the bone data. It would make ripping the models much easier.

Yo blarg, when you rip these models from the game, do they already have a skeleton, or do you have to rig them yourself in blender or whatever software you're working with?

@AcridObject Ide suggest unsubscribing and removing the models and resubscribing. Im not too sure how the update process works for the SFM workshop as i thought updating the models would overwrite previous models.
