Not colourblind myself, but this is a great mod to have once you get to the Hylotl quests and need to scan underwater. I also just like the new colour for scanned objects here! It makes them stick out far less compared to new items.

Changing scanned from green to grey is a huge W, I love the mod despite not being color blind!

> Hi! I'm organizing a (currently small) collection of mods that help with accessibility in Starbound; would it be alright if I add this mod to the list? I didn't see anything about collections/modpacks in your FAQ so I wanted to check first!

I'd prefer not including this in separate packs, and instead just linking to it or something. But nothing's stopping you I guess.

> Is this still working with 1.4 or is there an updated version? I wanna play with a friend with red-green deficiency

It should. They'd need to install it on their end, to see it.

Радиокамбала Mar 10, 2017 @ 6:57am
Great job! Not only it helps colorblind folks, it's also good for non-colorblind too IMO. It looks better to me than vanilla, no more annoying red tint on unscanned stuff!
shadow wizard Mar 9, 2017 @ 10:08am

Downloading this mod I never noticed what it was for. Awesomely good deed dude. Good on you for helping those who have a hard time with this because of colorblindness and don't know how to program. It's exptremely cool to see someone doing something as nice as this on the internet.
Aeywoo Feb 12, 2017 @ 12:02am

Kanaree Feb 4, 2017 @ 6:36am

>As someone who is red/green colorblind, the difference is hardly noticable but it is a good change. Thanks a ton.

I must admit, the best I can do is look at a red/green colorblind palette and pick the most contrasting colors and hope for the best. :c

A good person made this mod.

A person who desperately wants me to have peace of mind when I play with my colourblind friend who keeps asking me which things are scannable because he can't see them.

Thank you. You have a good heart.

I'm not colorblind myself so I have no use for this mod, but thank you for creating this. It's such a kind thing to do.
aRenisioure Jan 4, 2017 @ 1:27pm
When making these colorblind mods, keep in mind the greater the difference in relative brightness of a color the better, so if you made important things darker AND scanned things lighter, or vise versa, that would be an AMAZING change. But, thanks for making a mod to help colorblind individuals! :csgostar:
Xan Jan 4, 2017 @ 10:13am
