This suggests that there is an error with the installation of the reskin.
I would suggest re-installing the reskin and clearing the cache (in that order).

the entire train is invisible, there is only cab view

What parts of it are invisible? Can you see the cab? Can you drive the train from the cab view? Are the couplings visible?

You need to unzip the folder and then follow the instructions.

You can use this Eurostar anywhere.

I appears in my standard scenario list, but I I don't see the eurostar just the LGV trains and I receive a message that won't allow me to play the route.

Part 2 is from Ebbsfleet to London (link in the description). There is no other route that covers the journey, I'm afraid.
