You can check oher mods for conflicting lines after extracting their files found in
\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content
Easiest way to do this is the tool Total Commander which can search for specific code both in text files and archives.
Because with your mod enabled I have to choose two Ethics - without your mod I can choose one. But your mod only changes Graphic or not? I'm a litte surprised that your mod is not compatible.
