This sub-mod allows those lone single-home cottages you see in the wilderness to spawn with an Argonian owner, as they have a messy way of editing their spawns where only 1 custom race can ever be added to their spawn chances without overwriting any other custom races trying to do it too. Compatibility conflicting features like that feel too messy to be in the main mod for me.

Full proper Argonian villages are currently not a feature of Argonian Race Redux.

So would this be needed to get more argonian village spawns?

@ducc From the base mod they'll spawn as random encounter wandering merchants and also should spawn as the random bandit camps too, although they might be hard to recognize as argonains in the bandit garb. There is also an argonian NPC in the pool of unique NPCs at the Outpost. From this mod they'll also spawn as random lone homesteaders in the cottage1, desertcabin1, desertcabin3, and deserthouse1 categories. You'll most likely see these on lush/forest and desert worlds.

All share the same spawn percentages as the vanilla races, so you should have equal chance to run into Argonians as any of the other races.

How often and where do Argonians spawn in the world?

With the new update I've been able to re-implement the custom codex tab back into the main mod. If you've been subscribed to this for specifically that feature, you can now safety unsubscribe.

To give this mod at least some use now, I've added some additional Argonian NPCs to the random cottages and houses you occasionally run across. These are coded in the game in a weird way where only one custom race can ever be added to their spawn pools, so seems like a fitting inclusion into the supplemental mod.

If I run into any other features that may have compatibility concerns in the future, they'll also be added to this mod. The Argonian Crafting Table will also be moved here if I'm ever able to more immersivly integrate it's items into the main mod.

I also noticed that the Argonian specific crafting table in the base mod is missing the `X` button. It was caused by a vanilla texture having its location changed a while back. I made a fix for that too if you want: https://www.dropbox.com/s/6ulhv15lwqsc8nc/CloseButtonFix.zip?dl=1

@jss2a98aj Thanks for letting me know about that. Looks like some of the other codex race mods like avikan are using the rounded corners too, so all the more reason. And yeah, throw me a link if it won't take too much time, thank you.

@Grimmers The codex tab you have here uses the vanilla format, but Many Tabs has a slightly different format for tabs. I have a "fixed" version of that sprite that I can send if you want.

Ah. Nevermind, I think I figured out what is happening and it's not this mod's fault

I'm still having issues with this and Many Tabs mod. The additional tabs that Many Tabs should bring are not showing. I'll see if it is fixed by unsubbing and subbing

I've changed the codex files to be dependant on the new Many Tabs mod by V6, a new mod designed to improve compatability between mods that alter certain game menus.

To properly view the codex tab now you'll have to subscribe to Many Tabs. Extended GUI is now optional. Sorry for having the mod break again, but fortunatly this should be a good long-term solution.

The next update to Extended GUI should fix the missallignment issue. They had removed their codex files, but will be adding them back in soon.

I think Extended GUI maybe updated their codex files, I'll have to look into it and copy over their new variables. Thanks for letting me know.

I had to remove it from my 1.3 game because even with the updated Extended GUI, I'm not sure why, but the Codex still didn't end up in the right place with it. So yes it works but I can't seem to get it to adjust right with the Extended Gui.

its the normal stuff of the skyrim "lusty argonian maid" books. its a softporn-story. there are 5 books of this and the secon part (added with the dawnguard-dlc for skyrim) has 5 books too. that means 10 little softporn stories
