I figured it out, it was a totally different path of folders from what I expected, and was extra confusing since I have steam on multiple harddrives.

Where is this settings.lua for the extremely big maps? I can't seem to find the userdata folder being referred to.

Love what it says, when you select the map size when setting the game up, after editing the file to the above setting.
Largest map size = "Megolomaniac" lmao

"towns = towns" is the same thing as "towns = nil" (because towns has no value) and "towns = nil" is the same things as simply remove the line "towns = towns".

@BMW-POWER: Yes, its possible, but you need to enable experimental map sizes. I´ll add some in the next days.
