If you will be using the Tek sleeping pod a lot then I would recommend the newer version but either works. The newer version was just released as a bundle with some some other small mods and only has that small tweak to its settings if I remember correctly.

There has always been an issue with the tek sleeping pod for this version of the mod. The tek sleeping pod tried to remove all negative debuffs which is technically what the auto run mod is when it is disabled (hence the red background of the icon). When the pod removed it it gets added again the removed then added ... continuous cycle. I had addressed that in the updated version of the other mod release here . In that version I changed it to be a neutral (grey background) buff so it wouldn't get removed. I didn't update this version as it was working just fine and I didn't want to break it accidentally. This as a small mod set and you can disable any/all of the mods in the set with the in game menu. I honestly have not been back to ark in some time.

@Terry Lava, I am also having issues with the SS Tek Sleeping Pod. My wife and I play on a server I made, and it does the same thing! I've also had issues with the mouse randomly re-centering whilst in my inventory. I think the issues may be related.

That fixed it thank you, i figured it was i was missing in a different location.

Do the buff Icons appear in the buff/debuffs area? Just trying to see if the mod is running at all assuming you havn't hidden the icon. The key bindings are saved in a save file for the mod. The location for that file is "ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\SaveGames\AutoRunSettings.sav". Just delete that and restart you game and see if it starts working again.

Hey so long stroy short, Ark crashed, reset all my keybindings and settings

So now, no matter what I do, I cannot get this mod to function at all (i think they key bindings were deleted)
I cant edit the files or settings to re add it (within the mod folder)
I know the mod is there, ive uninstalled, shut pc off and re installed
Just wondering if you knew of any tips to get that reset? maybe the keybindings are in a seperate folder? maybe i can put a script in a .INI file?
Please help, this isnt your fualt by any means, but i think you could help with file location (just a guess)

has anyone had an issue with the ss tek sleeping pod? the icon flickers and it's hard to quit the game while in the sleeping pod because the mouse cursor recenter's itself like 3 times per second. I haven't tested it with the vanilla sleeping pod.

If on a flying dino, or are admin using cheats, or even swimming then yes.

I am currently attempting to overhaul this mod in my free time. Going to add some new settings and change up the UI a bit.

I tried the new update out but for some reason the buff icon does not show up.
I uninstalled it and removed all other mods reinstalled but still no buff.

Yea I had to get the game after noticing that our time schedules were too different. I currently am not sure why the mod doesn't function when It works with no issues in the editor. I'll keep working on it though till I get it working.

I do not have the buff icon and F10 or CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+F10 does not work for me.

Ok, so I have it downloaded and was able to run it but the laptop I am reduced to using currently just can't handle it. I only need a few parts for my computer and I should be able to get it up and running soon-ish assuming there are not major hiccups but rest assured I am moving as quickly as I can! I would happily help you test it on ASA if you need people. I can barely play ark without this mod thanks to my terrible hands, holding the W key for long periods makes my hand hurt. I will be so grateful if you can get this working on ASA

Thankfully the dev kit has an "import legacy mod" option, so with any luck, the port will be *that* easy.

Also please note that I do not actually have ASA nor a computer that can currently run ASA so I will require testers in the near future :)

Currently downloading the new devkit. I have no space on my laptop so I will have to download/run it from my home file server meaning it will be SUPER slow I'm sure. I will try to post updates :)

I was blindsided by ASA, too. It was a welcome surprise, though. I have no real tweaks that I would want. Looking forward to it, though. I guess I can stop my download of the Dev Kit to try to make my own ;P

I had a similar issue to a few other people in these comments, and lost the ability to open the config menu, among other things. Uninstalling and reinstalling the mod did not resolve it, but ultimately I found the "AutoRunSettings.sav" file, deleted it, and then rejoined the server I was playing on - this reset the keybinds and buff display to default.
The file can be found in "steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\SaveGames"
