Hello mate, I found a weird bug. I was using the greyhawk uav to recon the bridge and I got the mission completed message right after flying the drone over the bridge...I'll restart and try something else to recce.

Well done :) I had a problem with the saves at first but once i checked the box in the setting i was able to save and load when i needed. Yeah it was designed that way for coop and people that can command AI. In the future i will make sure i add succeeded states for the tasks. I did them for my other missions but just didnt think it would matter for the darter thing.

Today1035Z I succesfully crossed Harcourt Bridge.
A few reverts and in the end no casualties.
As I said, doable; but it takes a lot of coordinating.

By the way, I do have unlimited saves, and I see them when I use windows explorer, but I cannot get them loaded after a computer restart. I cannot load yesterdays saves; don't know why.

i think you might have to go into your settings and set to saves unlimited saves. then try :) they are better to play in one go though. i know what your saying but there is correct place to deploy it. itas just my way of say do not get to close with out havuing a look. sorry im a misserable cunt, ignore me when im like that. lol ceck the ulimited saves thing in your difficulty settings.

I do save the game regularly, but it I cannot load saves after I have shut down the computer. So I have to play the whole scenario in one day, because I cannot load them another day. I never said it was your fault.
Secondly, if I get the order to do a UAV recce, then I expect to have some kind of Ok, or tickbox, to tell me that order was executed correctly, and that I can proceed with mission. ALL other scenarios I played do so.
Thirdly, I do not hate the mission; it's hard, but doable
But I do hate YOU for telling me to fuck off; so fuck off yourself; I hope nobody will ever play your scenarios again.

its not my fault you forgot to save the game. They jump off the bridge because they dont know where the edge is. complain to BIS. lol your told to deploy the UAV so you dont charge in , fuck it up and hate it lol. if your playing this game for green ticks in boxes, fuck off and play other people missions. these missions were made for hating :)

I managed to eliminate 3 tanks, the 2 helicopters, the fast mover; I cleared the minefield on the bridge and made it to the downed helicopter. There I was shot, and accidentally pressed Esc.
And since I cannot restart saved games (I do not know why) and I'm not willing to spend more time on this I quit now.
This illogical mission was no fun; one squad against all this ? I saw ennemies in full gear with big rucksacks jump off the bridge and swim to my side. Ennemy rifleman shooting a 250m high moving UAV out of the air? Idiotic.
And when succesfully launching and retrieving UAV there is no tick in the box.

Nah just got helo Transport to take a circuitus route & dropped me close to airfield. Remove fast mover threat then up to coms tower & created havoc from there :) Really enjoyed the mission !
