Warning: there is a little too much high-level stuff in the fortress. Other than that I would recommend making this the first thing you get.
The only thing that I consider sub-optimal is the lighting on the book shelves. But considering the amount of love and detail the rest of this got, that is pretty much irrelevant (and also easily fixed using Magelight).
Though as well thought-out as this is, I keep feeling that I am missing a light-switch somewhere!
Giving it a sort of "midnight hotell" feeling would really improve the feel and value of the house.
And of course I'm a lazy sod, so I don't really see the point of a self building-mechanism like this if I can't use it to travel around.
But I wonder - does it work in DLC-locations? Soul Cairn? Forgotten Vale? Solstheim?
Yo, uhm I noticed that some of the wardrobes in the Master bedroom and a few other containers in the place have loot respawn, any way you could fix that? Because i think i may have lost a few items in one of those wardrobes. And every time I enter the place i always find gold in the Cabnets.
I placed it just off of the balcony of Reachwind Eyrie making a nifty double-tower.
