- Added animation for the battery explosion of an exploding phone
- "Smart" Phone Detector can now show its covered area
Let me give you a little advice: save game before placing those things from hell.
Murgh, do the cell phones start a fire when they explode? Or just damage anything nearby? I haven't actually seen a prisoner using a smart phone, or caught any of the warning signs.
I've added an export rule for the assembled phones, so prisoners will be able to bring these to exports as well now. This rule shouldn't be needed since in default production rules Exports are never mentioned, instead they should go by themselves since it's sellabe. Anyway, it's added now.
- added Smart Phone Factory: send your prisoners to work and magically turn blank licence plates into smart phones for export. But beware, they can always produce a faulty model, leading to explosions in your factory! You'd better put a SmartPhone Detector at that workshop as well if you want to prevent that from happening...
Meanwhile the mod got updated today with the Rigged Phone Spawner and some other little things.

Test is working fine, gives a nice random explosions heaven in a whole cellblock for those who want to blow up their prisoners.
But perhaps this is a bit too much?
Usage: draw a square of 25 tiles with the planning tool, put the detector in the centre of it.
