No. I didn't do that with this mod so that it wouldn't conflict with any mods that change shouts, including other mods that do add experience for shouting.
P.S. Be A Bard, Break the world! ;D
I cannot play skyrim without this mod anymore. Nope.
Especially when paired with Be a Bard, because then I can play the flute and drums to build up speachcraft.
Awesome!
Now if only there was a mod that made investing in the lockpicking tree worth it....
I am so totally in!
good job man
Rarely may I find somebooty who knows what's best for the lore.

I do not believe those should affect anything else if you remove them, but I don't make any promises about it. =/
Also, if you'd like to remove the Merciful perk that allows you to accept enemy yields, delete:
MercifulStopCombatEffect
MercifulNoHeal
MercifulCloakEffect
MercifulAura
MercifulCloak
Merciful
Again, that shouldn't affect anything else negatively, but I can't be totally sure about that, so I'd suggest you make a backup before editing in the Creation Kit (or just deleting with TES5Edit).
It means that you're yielding. You can accept enemy yields with the Merciful perk.
"Yielding opponents" can be activated only if they're either bleeding out or under 20% health, and you've got Merciful. You can yield by blocking/aiming a bow/readying a spell and activating the target. You'll know you've attempted a yield if the screen flashes green. If your character is ever bleeding out, it's because you've been set as essential. In the base game, this only ever happens during a brawl. My mod does not ever do it, but another you have might.
