Which doesn't sound so bad but the gaunt is actually 6 models compiled together to get around a really dumb bug source has involving mirrored uv seams. It's tedious to say the least.
Lack of source ik led me to change the axis of the arms to be a little bit more friendly to use.
Originally there were procedural bones added to each shoulder to help reduce some crumpling when twisted a good 180. Had to drop them as it needed 4 weights per verts and source maxes it at 3.
