Does this still work with fully DLC'd games? I'm wonderring if I should use this or your updated version, but concerned about updated version since you couldn't get your game to launch with it.

Pretty sure it will corrupt your save, I suggest finishing your current campaign first before moving to the new mod.

Is it intended for confederations to be ludicrously difficult? For example, as Bretonnia, the only other faction I can somewhat reliably confederate with is Carcassonne, because the Beastmen and WE threaten them heavily. Anyone else and I can't do it. Not Lyonesse, not Artois, nobody.

I have played several legendary starts with bretonnia and the empire pretty much always confederates with talabacland between turns 2-5. Also I noticed if a faction hates a race and I do deals with that hated race, my diplomancy doesnt get effect. Is there a way to make that happen?

Thats np. Really liking the mod so far. I asked the creator of the Aggressive AI and he said that his mod is pretty small. So I think I might just have your mod and his on for some good flavor.

Thanks for the testing. I will try to fix this, although it will probably released after the next game update. Agressive AI should not overwrite my mod that easily though.

Playing another campaign and Empire conferated with talabacland again this time turn 5. Empire had Southern Bond trait. Also I was wondering if Aggressive AI mod would over write any of your work. I had both on my first playthrough. Everything seemed to run fine.

Oh and I turned off that other confederations mod while playing with yours to see whats going on. I played a bunch this morning. I will let you know how the diplo is going on after so more turns.

I don't know what talabecland had for bonds. Never got a chance to meet them but Empire had a kislev bond.

Did Empire or Talabecland have the Imperial Bond? The turn 3 confederation might happened because of the bonus affinity fom that faction trait.
Maybe I would need to tone down bond trait, but currently it is barely noticeable even on normal.

One of the factor to the relation between factions is based on the faction trait roll, so each playthrough should be different but theoritically.

As for the wood elves not confederating, this mod doesn' change confederation for the wood elves. It probably the effect of that mod you used for toning down confederations.

Just started a legendary campaign as Bretonnia and turn 3 the empire confederated with Talabecland. I really like what I read in your mod description but turn 3? I don't know if this the legendary diff doing something. I always thought that the confederation system in this game in vanilla needed a lot more work, I tried another mod for less confederations which toned down the dwarfs being rank 1 almost every playthrough which I liked. Then I noticed the wood elves near the end of the game were still loaded with minor wood elf factions which tells me they didnt confederate the entire game. Which brings me here exploring other diplo mods. Is this early confederations intended? I will play more to see what happens.

You could try removing other traits from Clan Angrund's personality group. It would make the faction only able to get the traits you wanted.

The base game already have this feature, it just add a minor amount of positive rep. So you don't really notice it exists.

@Geochime77 Is it possible to prevent AI from sending you Peace Treaty requests if their attitude towards you is very negative (-50 and worse)?

Right now i have a problem where the AI is spamming me with peace treaties every turn from multiple factions, and i have no way to stop that diplomacy spam.

If you dont wanna add that into your mod, could you please at least tell me where/what to edit in files so that i can do it on my PC?

Apologies if this is already been asked, but should war with Skullsmashers get you positive rep with any faction that has the Hate Greenskins trait? It feels weird that war with Skullsmashers gets no rep with Karak Ziflin or Karak Norn when they're right next door.

Ah I understand, but I´m not saying to outright change the relations from the start but maybe just make it so that schwarzhafen is more inclined on going to war against templehof?
If it ain´t possible then nevermind :D thought it´d fit to the whole vampire civil war scenario more.

Starting relation between factions is related to startpos. Startpos editing is out of this mod scope.

Ok nvm, I edited it and it was pretty easy. The only thing I can't seem to find is to be neutral with durthu and the brets but...he current hates the living hell out of the brets (which is me lol), I don't know which one is his faction on the cultural relations table.
