I believe respawing is not possible in SP (or at least unsupported / difficult to implement).
You could host a local server and play by your self in MP or just use save and load instead.
Is this a persistent open world scenario if so i can't wait to play as i have been looking for a mod like this for ages now.
Absolutely annoying have to restart after death, it isn't fun if you just wanted to play casually (which is a huge appeal of I&A and is probably the reason this mod only has 3 stars). The AI is stupid as hell, Id rather lonewolf/sandbox, but no-respawns makes this idea worthless. If I wanted to "take it slow" and get all hardcore I could just download a number of scenario missions from the Workshop. This mod falls short of what I&A is.
