Get the new update-- Magellan 6.X--it has a new rear hangar door, new airtight windows throughout the ship...the trussing has been blocked off as has the weapons. the new ship is airtight and the only place temp and rads are high is if you stand right next to the enclosed warp drive.

I've been playing with the new signal logic switches and next update will have switches for hangar doors and hopefully some automatic lighting that goes on and off when entering different areas of ship. THANX

yeah all the plants die......hmmmm maybe it needs windows to seal it up better in place of shutters? Maybe u need to replace some of them truss blocks near forward cockpit cause it wont seal. I redone with hardened steel blocks. I lengthed hanger in front a little an put on a rear hanger door. added a few extra guns pointing rear, did some redesigning myself to suit me. but overall its a great setup.

--added amor locker, repair module for hangar and item repair module (across from constructor)
--added hangar door for back of ship so that the craft is air-tight
--added a few decor items as well as spotlights on front and back of ship
--tightened up the hangar bay so that theres a little more room for two craft
--added a little more military-grade blocks for front and rear hangar bay openings
--changed and added some interior colors and textures to brighten the place up a bit
--moved a few engines because of heat issues
--enclosed warp core to decrease radiation, with access door for any possible repairs
--move generator up from walkway to decrease heat/rads
--added ventilation fans on each level
--the ship is air-tight, heat and radiation levels are good unless you are right next to warp
core enclosure (which has warning stripes)

Hi wreznor ! YOu did a great job with this ship. It was a long time favorit for me and my friends playing pve. But the time of this ship was over because a lot of blocks are not update able :(

I did a complete new rebuild and made a copy of your ship completely with battle steel and new blocks. Its unpainted and everybody can choose a color of choice. Hope its okay for you :)

the only blocks i had to replace for the update were trussing, vented windows and armored windows, but the cost went to 8500 iron bars...i guess they changed the recipes with the items that had a name change.

hey man just a heads up, after 5.1 patch the blueprint is marked red in the factory and says Contains forbidden blocks or has wrong version

Anyone that has any ideas in regards to additions or changes to the original that i could add to an upcoming update would also be much appreciated

hey Martastik! yea i'd be very interested. i was thinking of upgrading the ship for pvp but wasnt sure how that would work. If you're satisfied with it, you have my permission to post it to the workshop with a simple name change like adding "Military Class" or something and a simple link to the original, or send me a link and i can do it with credit given to you. A different color design would be cool to see too.

I'm glad you like the ship, i've been playing around with other designs but i really like how this ship turned out and how its not too big to be bothersome. All you need is a small area of level ground and you have a fully functional base. Which is why i built it in the first place.

I'm definitely interested in that blueprint Martastik! I haven't modified it much. Added two extra rows of growing plots. It took quite a beating twice, so I reinforced a lot of it with combat steel.

Hey wreznor, I've edited your ship a bit, made it into an assault class. Adding armour, weapons and aesthetics. Let me know whether you'd be interested in seeing the blueprint. Otherwise I'll just keep it to myself. Awesome ship, love using it. Perfect design!

Been using the Magellan for some time now. I absolutely love it. It's a great ship and a perfect mobile base (I lik it even better that my base). The hangar has plenty room for multiple SVs (I have 5 docked there at all times). Excellent job!

the hangar door is 9x5...i use the Avenger and A-18 Stryker and they both fit fine...thnx

What are the dimensions of the main hanger? I really like this design, but I'm afraid the hanger is too small for my SV. Great work either way. I'm going to be sending this badboy to the factory today at some point!

Found the Cause. One Workshop BP I had called the Dark avatar was coming up RED in Single player creative so I unsubscribed from it and Boom Your ship and Three others that were not showing up Popped into my list!
