you have a place in heaven for this mod, saved me from a bug where i lost all my items in a cave after leaving the game inside it and my body disappeared

It would be nice if this mod could also restore player inventory folders upon recovery. Such a nuisance they are deleted on death in PvE.

There isn't a max. Check your tribe building restrictions.

I don't know if the maximum number of Recovery Stones installed will be reached, but the top of the game screen
I don't know if I've reached the maximum number of recovery stones that I can install, but the message "Area 0 5/oooooooo" appears at the top of the game screen and I can't install the stones.

Once he said he won't update anything since its project "S+" were done, but at the "Corona" time he invested some time and made an update. Don't know his plans for the future, but I won't bet that there will be some changes. For me, I don't have plans to play ASA.

yep. :) Though making the request to the s+ guy isn't a bad idea. He is not doing any ASA work as he's 100% official work. Hard to say if he's doing any updates in ASE but I don't think he's doing new features.

Disable pickup is enabled but it's overriden by the s+ gun, I wish s+ had a pickup blacklist alas it doesn't.

Did you consider enabling the Disable pickup feature?

I see, my group isn't even considering ASA until the end of the year when more maps and mods are out, I understand though. You have an option for there can be only one gravestone, on or off hence either one or unlimited so to speak, was wondering if there was a way to enter an exact number such as 2, 3 etc but if you weren't going to continue working on this ASE version then the point is mute.

Your first question was resolved in the ASA version and I hadn't planned on updating the ASE version to be honest. It's been a very long time since I've done any work in ASE and the code base is not the same. I can't simply copy and paste code between the two versions. It will take some consideration.

I don't understand your second point.

Would there be a possibility to 1. Make the timer not dependant on the stone placement so players cannot simply pick it up and replace to reset the timer and 2. a way to enable a specific amount of stones because at the moment I believe the option is either one or unlimited. Thx.

@risenFromAshe two possibilities 1) you might have made the wrong stone? there's the default grave stone which does nothing. or you do have the right stone and maybe there's nothing to recover? So some things to test.

Go up to the stone, press and hold 'e' on the wheel you should see an option to enable debug mode. Turn that on.

Then open your inventory and select drop all.

Then activate the gravestone. Everything you dropped should be returned and a window should open up showing you all the details along with some information about any other caches or corpses it might have found.

Unfortunately caches and corps rot over time and in some cases depending on where they end up the game will delete them. If they are deleted I can't recover them.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'set flag text' ?

@dreadloque your save definitely has corruption in it. it might have been present prior to adding the mod or it may have been the process of adding the mod that created it, impossible to tell. At least as you say you got your items back. You might consider starting over to a degree? If you can find a server owner that might help you transfer as much as you have. Even if you prefer to remain on single player. A transfer out and then back to a a fresh map might be possible. Though I've not tried transferring back to a single player map, I do believe it's possible.

Interesting. I installed this mod alone to a completely vanilla game. Then all items I had colored had changed completely. I manually repainted in game and upon uninstalling the mod it reverted again to the annoying random color scheme. This may be something unique to me so apologies to that confusion on my part if that's the case. But with an unaltered game it was the only cause and affect I'm aware of with no other mods in conjunction after a clean install. So for my experience installing and downloading it was a thumbs down from me. I got my gear back though, so credit to it's use in that sense. Thank you for the responses

I second, accusation is completely wrong. I'm using this mod for years now & never had any problems. Aside from losing colouring (which is at maximum a flaw) be thankful you got at least your things back. A poor rating while the most likely reason is on your side and you did not give any chance to find out the true reason is bad style. I have seen many reasons in ARK for corrupt saves: multiple dedicated server start simultaneously with wrong configured ports; mods interfere into other mods that are normally clean & stackable; mod load order & amount can have a large impact, too; and so on. So check first your setup, then come back in a politely manner.

This mod does not modify items in any way. it moves items from one inventory to another. The fact that it recovered them at all hardly makes it a meme or worth the rating of 1.5 even if it did remove coloration's which it did not do.

It can't have an affect on items it doesn't touch even if it was altering items. For all the items in your world to be changed your world was clearly corrupted. Perhaps you should learn a bit more about the game before you post shut baseless accusations on a mod page that did in fact by your own testimony do exactly what it said it would do.

After recovering my items with this mod from the personal gravestone ALL of my items I had personalised or coloured, changed to pink and orange. Every item in my world in storage or otherwise had been changed. I think this mod is a meme because that is infuriating. Got my stuff from beyond the kill wall though. 1.5/10 rating from me.

@starwight/ttv can you provide more details regarding your problem please? What map are you on? What mods are you using? Is this on ASE or ASA?

There isn't a limit but there have been times in the past where other objects in the area have caused interference.

what I can't understand is WHY MAKE IT TO WHERE YOU CAN ONLY HAVE TWO GRAVES IN ONE AREA? What about TRIBES who have. You know. More than two members? Because of this really questionable design choice, tribe mates have to keep their personal graves in entirely different areas. VERY irritating.

Any chance of a cross compatible version for ASA?
