But don't make them yourselves either, ask for my permission first cause for some of these I do have legal ownership of everything in them.

For everybody asking for NPCs, its kind of selfish. He doesn't get paid for this, and animation for ALL of these mods would take LOTS of money and time. And even if he did make NPCs, most likely they would be like the player models (its fun running around as a carp with a crowbar hitting civilians) All i'm saying is to stop asking for NPCs. If you would like NPCs, I would suggest trying to make them yourself.
