Sometimes i somehow get Stopped it is like a Wall infront of me and i crashed into it,
samething to the Starting platform
This glitch really made the Map unplayable.

how do i use the filter to show a knife? its really distracting to surf without a knife for me

Nvm, I figured it out. I respect your decision as the map's creator to include that "feature", therefore I will refrain from posting the solution, feel free to post it yourself if you respect your players' comfort.

Surfing without a knife (no, I do not have a knife skin) is simply disorienting because no crosshair is displayed. How can I disable that unfortunate bit of the map in singleplayer?

Yeah, thats a point. But the reason I realy wanted it, is to keep all similar on my server. Random map without knife? People don't like changes ;)

I think you helped with this filter me and all people who will use it now. Thumb up and I realy wait for your next maps like this, without glitches and pixels.

I just really hate it when people care more about a pointless meta than the actual game at hand. CSGO is the new frontier for surf moving forward and it seems all they care about is showing their stupid knives.

You likely already have this as part of whatever gamemode you're running for surf, the stripper config.

Your logic is insane, you force people to add something what should be everywhere. Download some surf maps from the internet and you will se. I have not seen any surf map without a knife yet. This is the first one. You should do things FOR people and not for yourself! Releasing a product that makes no hype is your bad!

Turns out I Just needed to reinstall cs for it to fix, and also i liked surf_mesa_redux more

EE song? Either way I sincerely doubt this has anything to do with the map. If your game is crashing after tabbing then try setting it to borderless windowed mode, that way Windows isn't doing its goofy stuff to move stuff in and out of RAM / VRAM.

I have Been expreiencing csgo crashes while the EE song is playing after tabbing out, and since this has spread to every map i play may you find a fix for this?

I've been on plenty of servers already that don't have any issues removing it, so, sounds like a you problem. Calm down with that salt over a serrated edge.

This is all so funny. So many bad server owners freaking out because they don't actually care about surf, but instead just about a stupid knife skin. I should put weapon strips everywhere now.

Tried stripper_dump on this map, crashed the server. Tried stripper_dump on 5 other maps to be sure it wasn't a server issue, worked fine. Tried stripper_dump again on this map, crashed the server. So much for your arrogant ♥♥♥♥♥♥ advice for people to use stripper to remove your idiotic knife removal trigger. If you don't understand the basics of mapping, maybe you shouldn't be creating maps.

and if you want actually good surf, then you should go to css. which is where i surf. its alot smoother on css surf.

You shouldn't be running a server if you don't understand basic server operation and managing source engine content. But that's just my opinion. Strange the CS:S crowd doesn't care about the stripper...hmmm.

For me, it just seems silly to make the decision for EVERYONE to not have a knife, requiring a server owner to use a plugin or third party solution just to be able to use your knife which is a stock part of the game. The game has a built in command to allow players to drop knives if they choose not to want one on their screen. However, there isn't a built in command that universally allows people to give themselves their knife without cheats being enabled. That's the only reason I commented on it.

This is the CS:GO version. That's why they want their knife. It's not about having a serrated edge on screen, it's about having a serrated edge with a gaudy skin to show off to everyone with.

why would you want to hold a knife while surfing, you dont need a knife and all it does it cause more clutter on the screen. when i play movement based gamemodes in cs, I dont want anything on my screen expept for the crosshair.

Then remove the weapon stripper or the trigger it utilizes. It's not hard.
