A couple of months ago I started playing Starbound again and created a similar mod to this one, also using Frackin' Universe. Feel free to look for "Scheels EPP Boost for FU", its still up-to-date!

Sorry man, my Starbound days are over :( but all I did (if I remember correctly) was edit some game files with notepad ++, maybe you can take a look at my files here and figure it out? best of luck my man!

That'll do. that way, at least, you don't need to constantly repeat yourself whenever people ask. Now you can savagely gesture towards the (outdated) tag and be done with it.

and FU EPPs all provide breath now, though arguably in a different way. So you'll likely need to adapt to that change or you'll be doubling up.

Then maybe take the mod down so people don't use an outdated mod? or at least fix the problems that exist so its "done" and you can wipe your hands of it? At least then you don't need to worry about being asked if it works all the time :)

It's really more of just a convenience mod, Sayter. Having to switch EPPs constantly is not fun. But even if it was a cheat mod, what do you mean by "nope"?

I really am unsure if it works 100%, but I know that the breathing for every EPP is working for sure because I had a Xenon Light pack and I was able to breathe underwater. So yes, this mod, totally works. I APPROVE OF THIS MOD

I hated the EPP system too :) but sorry, I havent played starbound in a while and have no current plans to pick it up anytime soon... you could download the mod and unpack it to check how I did what I did. The mod might even be still working, I know nuffin

Are you still working on this? I hate the Frackin EPP system and this is the only mod to really fix that.

Hmm sorry guys Im currently not playing starbound, so I cant really say much about the current state of the mod. If I return to starbound (likely, but dont know when), I can take a look at it again

Does this mod still work? I'm really not a fan of constantly switching EPPs. Also I have no idea how to enter a radiated ocean without either drowning or getting killed by it...

This is great for me because I installed FU when I had finished the main story.
By then I had the highest EPP. It was really tedious to switch the epp every time when on a different planet. Also i cant understand that the FU EPP's have no breathing by default?!
The stackable vanilla version is just much more playable.

Yeah, thats why I personally continue using the (restored) vanilla EPP's. I'll check out the FU-EPP's later today

I only reverted the "nerfed" EPP's from vanilla Starbound (radiation, heating & cooling) - I haven't changed anything else added by FU
