It's kinda weird that most of the Scout hats removes that bodygroup, but there they decided to keep it :/
Btw did they give you any response about your report?

I emailed them about it. I actually made sure headphones were unchecked, but they must've forgotten when they added the second style.

Hey, @MultiTrip , can you delete that headphones bodygroup from Scout, please?
Since it has very weird clipping on top of the hat, and headphones themselves are not fittin' this hat at all.
So please, take care.
