And it's too bad that the vanilla hoverbike is such a piece of junk! It's only useful on a completely flat planet.
Any plans to make it more "agreeable" to rugged terrain and hard transitions/mountains or is this simply a reskin?
The vanilla saloon piano doesn't have animations at all, if you had them must be from another mod.
As for the driving issue, like with default hoverbikes, you have to be near the driver seat when interacting to get to the driver seat, or else you will get in the passenger seat (the one on the side with the "typing" animation)
It's not something that big of an issue...........but it's just something you might wanna look at.
Previously as I mentioned in now-deleted comments, trying to ride this vehicle could sometimes result in your character seated inside, playing with it like as if it were a piano but not driving it.
The trick to getting it to run is to ensure you have the controller in your hand, and that your character is ALIGNED with the seat. Nowhere else will do.
Took me several tries before I got the hang of it, but it definitely works!
theres one on the wrokshop but the sprite is wierd and its not compatible with anything :<
(ps if you do no fall damage pls ;) )
Not sure about that .modpak you found, but thats pre-1.0, so no longer works, the new format is just .pak
Sanguium, can you put a link in the description to where we could download a .zip file of the mod. I would like to just unpack the .zip file and copy the folder of mod files to my \mods folder.
I found a .modpak file online, but it does not work by dropping the .modpak file into the Mods folder. A server does not seem to read .modpak files. I have tried multiple ways of unpacking the speeder.modpak file and it does not work.
If is still not showing you can go /admin and spawn it with /spawnitem speedercontroller, if that gets you a perfectly generic item then your starbound didn't load the mod.
Also do you have any other mods installed?
Well, for pixel art I would like to see you do better.
I think this looks amazing for how simple Rey's hoverbike looks compared to ANYTHING else in starwars. The only thing that is missing in this model is a netting on one side to throw stuff into.
I haven't started modding at all for Starbound but maybe it is possible to give crafts inventory space? Maybe not.
Have you even seen her bike? Or the movie?
Don't insult someone's art unless you can provide better. In fact, I would say it would be a wise decision to avoid insulting art at all - most definitely when it is free art. Seems.... like a first world problem :P at best.
Also, if someone you know said it why didn't they post the comment. Speaking for others often means you are in support of what they say, so take ownership.
glad it's back :D
