Is the max range for all of these still capped at 300 meters? Are the ranges different per gun? If the range is longer, what's the new limit?

The USP has clipping issues when a suppressor is equipped onto it, as in, the suppressor doesn't look right. This is using the mod's "Sniper Suppressor", by the way. But, you should take a look at the vanilla suppressors as well.
