I think you re-did the signaling as well because it sure seems more comprehensive and less cluttered.
To set matters right, I then imported a host of scenarios for regular Donner, including all of my High Iron Scenarios and converted them for Donner Redux, and they all are - so far - working a treat.
You can actually play the scenario - it loads and runs just fine, and you can make out your loco outlined in white with puffs of white smoke coming out of the stack. The lineside telephone lines are clearly there in white as well, but not the tracks or buildings or just about anything else.
Does anyone have any ideas? This is the only route I've ever experienced this on, and it's a shame because as I said your re-working of the route brings it back to life.
No it will not. This is a separate route base on the original.
A person can actually copy the Scenery, Mixmap, Terrain and Networks folders from this route, into the original Donner Pass Southern Pacific folder to get the scenery there as well.
If someone attempts this, don't try to stuff the folders into the .ap folder, just copy them into the Donner Pass Southern Pacific folder.
This does not have the Reno Trench, it's from the 70s through 80s in era.
Thanks for the link to RWA. Now I can choose if I want to apply the update or keep the separate version.
Well Done.
After subscribing your update was installed as a completely new route, rather than as an 'update' to the original Donner Pass. Is this what you intended?
Cheers, and thanks again.
