I think the spur is a little too much, yeah it's a symbol of cowboys but it juts out too much from the model. The pistol looks just fine without it.

I really like the idea of this pistol . . . Minus the spiky thing. What if, like the scouts meat cleaver, you could toggle the spikything on or off?

Also I forgot to mention some things. You can't mark a disguised spy for death, but if you hit him before he disguises he will still be disguised. When the use has already marked someone for death, and he melees another, the most recent melee victim will be marked for death and the previous one will lose his mark. You can only have one player marked for death at a time.

Ideas for stats.
Pros:
+10% primary firing speed
Alt fire = melee
Melee causese bleed for ten seconds
On succfull melee hit, the victim will be marked for death for 10 seconds (basically if you melee someone and you or any of your team mates shoot him you will get minicrits)
Cons:
Primary fire damage reduced 10%
When item is equiped -5 metal used to build building per hit (so instead of taking 8 hits to level up a building it will take 10)
When an enemy is marked for death by this weapon, damage dealt to anyone else (by you only) will do -50% damage
Player takes minicrits while holding buildings

Secondary fire to melee and cause bleed. What else would they do, provided they DID something with it.
