Sorry for the repeated comments, but you cant edit your comments so yeah, but also there could be a setting where it basically brings back the black plague in a way and makes it so players can get infected and the plague doctor can cure them. Would be an option tho and might be off by default as I have a feeling that most people wouldn't want it forced.

Also, a suggestion I have is that maybe things like spiders, bats, or other creatures will also inflict poison or have a chance to give the player some kind of sickness, and that the plague doctor would be able to craft serums to cure it. Just thought it would be cool and really fit the character.

This mod is great, well balenced and draw fairly well, but can you change the flashing effect, It's uncomfortable to look stare at.

The Plague Doctor's name in Darkest Dungeon is Paracelsus. Not that I mind, the mod's cute.

@MeLikeBigBlueBerry, that doesn't really change much. and even then you make that point but the plague doctor doesn't really seem to have historically accurate clothing color. plus the green tints and robes look exactly like the plague doctor from darkest dungeon.

Those masks have a big nose for a reason. There was a time they believed disease to spread through smell, so they made those masks and put flowers in them.

In the game this is referencing, Darkest Dungeon, the plague doctor is a she.

I think when fighting shadow creatures, I failed to get the sanity boost from defeating one because the poison DPS killed it instead of a direct blow. Are kills from the doctor's poison deliberately not counted as Plague doctor's kills? Was I mistaken in-game?
