it's a fantastic mod. Though I wish we could keep the initial bonuses and not lose them when upgrading.

The Encampmen upgrades need to be a little better, for example the defealt encampment gives all those bonuses, but then say you upgrade it to the Jujistu dojo, you get +4 attack and lose the other bonuses and it doesn't seem worth it to get 2 extra attack for giving up 2 armer and 5 charge , and the accuracy, though if you build jujisto dojo you probably werent recruiting archers there anyway, but I think the upgrades should keep the bonus's from the encampment building as well

also don't forget that your units cost are now -15%.
I think I got an inspiration from your comment,so thank you.
and it will gives non smithing clan starting place some good late start(Since Encampment tech is hard to get,and smithing clan can get more armor (+7)

no I think it is fine as it is and I love that you didn't go overboard with the boost. It is just the right amount

no worries. What I like about this mod is that it remains balanced while providing a much needed boost to the encampment. Why even wait to raise a better army after you build the encampment when the boost is so insignificant in vanilla?
