This mod makes all dinos spawn in lvl 1 for my server

wird diese mod noch für aberation überarbeitet? andere difficulty mods wurden ja schon wie ich gesehen habe aber ich mag diese sehr weil sie nur das dino lvl anhebt

HI, i am trying to run this mod on my center server. i am not getting the correct dino levels.
i have tried 1.0, 0.5 and 0.01 but no luck. i wipe the wild dinos after try but no luck. Please could you tell me how to resolve this.

anyone els getting "mod mismatch" when i load the mod onto my server i keep getting that error.

Dino does not move

it seems to be on a new cave on The Center, I ran across a number of 240+ inside there only. Very strange

Depends a bit where you encountered the animal. On the island map, some caves spawn higher level dinos. Maybe there is a similar mechanic in some of the center map caves. We don't have issues with 0.01 at the moment, but my guess is that 1.0 or 0.5 might work too now after the center map update. Not sure though.

I have now encoutered as high as 464. I don't understand, did the Center update change the impact of the difficulty setting? Should I set it back to 1.0 instead of .01?

Ok, something went very wrong. I have my difficultyoffset set to 0.01 as recommended, after the last Center update, I just found a wild dino at 432! Prior to the last Center update, they were no higher than 240. What happened? Is there a config change somewhere that would raise the dinos so high outside this mod?

For me it even works with DifficultyOffset 1 on The Center.

Is there a way to make it favor spawning the higher end of levs? Reason I want this is I notice that valhalla map on normal setting of 1. favors spawning low low lev dinos tons of under 20 etc with this mod up to 240 but if the server seems to fav low levs? it owudl be nice if ther was a way to make it fav higher lev

I FOUND HOW TO HAVE 240 on the CENTER!!!!!!!
Since we can't put less than 0.01..... I got the idea to begin from highter than 240 mod.....
I took 1200 one (difficulty 40) because it's the only one that Sparky done with only dinos and I began to check the difficulty ingame changing the difficulty in .ini
Then, with 1200 mod, we have to put DifficultyOffset=0.914285 in .ini to have 8.000025 ingame and we have normal dino lvls: 8 .... 16 .... 24......32...40....until 240.
It's not wonderfull ??
With this if Sparky tell us that he can't fix it and do ONE for THE CENTER.... I won't understand

I seen what is the difficulty ingame regarding what we put on .ini
With :
- 0.5 we have 6.5
- 0.01 we have 7.97
- 0.2 we have 7.4
- .......

In fact, to have 240 , so difficulty 8, we shoud set difficulty to 0.00 in .ini but the game doesn't accept it and change it to 0.01

You can test it using Admin Command Menu (ACM) mod and check in Server management section.
Everyone can test it and all will see what is the real difficulty.

To use ACM:
Get it with admin command
put it in one shortcut
take it on hand
Right-click
Select: Server management on top left menu
Look at the first parameter on top right...

I couldn't get it working with other settings than 0.01 and getting 239er dinos. It sounds so much like a rounding issue, maybe we use a different OS? Our server runs on windows. Do you use linux Sparki? Or is there any other software involved with running the servers, like .net or something, that could alter how numbers are rounded?

how you explain that we have all 239 max on our serveur using 0.01 difficulty?. If we put something else we don't have 200+ We use it on The Center.

mit 0.01 hast du maxlevel 239. 240 Gibt es nicht.

0.01 funktioniert. Direkt einen 200+ gesehen.

Also mit 0.5 komme ich nicht über 200. Bei 197 ist Schluss. Versuche jetzt auch mal mit 0.01
