The mod this one is based on actually works with WotC. So use the other one instead.

Do not use this with WOTC.

I did some investigations trying to get the same under WOTC. What I discovered:
1. ShowAllRegionLinks in console in WOTC actually doesn't make regions available to contact. It is only shows previously hidden links between them. But despite you able to see the link between regions, you still unable to contact them directly.
2. This mod does not crash WOTC, but shares same behaviour with ShowAllRegionLinks command. This basically makes it useless for WOTC.

Wow Im retarded i wrote it like 4 paragraphs down its ShowAllRegionLinks

The code used in the mod is a copy word for word of the cheat code written by Firaxis. If you experience problems you likely have a mod conflict. If you'd prefer, you can unlock it yourself with the developer console and type the command manually when you get the correct tech. I forget the command name, you can find it in the SDK code in the CheatMgr section. Someone can probably find it.

Doesn't work for me. Was unable to access Western Europe from the Eastern Seaboard when I researched Resistance Comms. All it did was show a grey line to where the region should have been highlighted.

If you use the internal cheat code and it doesnt work theres a serious problem that isnt tied to this mod unfortunately

That didn't work. The patch of land which should be highlighted is emply, the light blue box which should be there is gone. It's not an insurmountable problem, but it is itrritating.

@Xeraphale Open the dev console and type ShowAllRegionLinks

If you dont have the dev console enabled, type -allowconsole in the steam launch parameters for XCOM then in game type `, then type ShowAllRegionLinks

So, I found a bug. It seems that in my most recent campaign my home territory does not register. It doesn't get drawn on the world map, there are no region links to it at all and it doesn't generate income. Naturally, it prevents me from getting the continent bonus too

I agree with MishMish, that would be pretty awesome.

I think it would be great if someone could split up the regions into smaller ones / made even more regions for a longer game experience (like by country, not region)

@Zyxpsilon I would but ill be honest... I dont understand the link-drawing system. It could be done from any to any country but i have no idea how to make it look good.

All we need now is someone (ingenious enough) that will actually create NEW valid links like; Madagascar_TO_India.. Egypt_TO_Italia.. Oceania_TO_Mexico.. EasternUS_TO_WestAfrica and whatever else could certainly be added for rational reasons beyond Vanilla gameplay restrictions. ;)
