It is a newer game if you compare it to his PC. You can get that low of a fps only with a really old pc

lol Adam Wolf, get a decent PC, you aren't supposed to be able to run newer games at 200-300 fps with a extremely outdated PC

OMG, average fps 45. Way too much details! Who needs to look at the parking lot in T spawn? Who needs all the extra space indoor you cannot enter? It all eats frames!
