For some people the mods downloads but fails to unpack properly. If you go to your MODS folder a file "Belgica Regia (v ?).civ5mod" will be there. If not, you can download it from the link in the description. It's actually a zip file so you can open it as such (I use 7-Zip). Unpack it to a folder "Belgica Regia (v ?)" and you're done.
And as far as i can tell, i cant mod for civ v on my mac, because the SDK tool isnt compatible, it tells me i need windows for it. And i havent found any way to mod without SDK, tho i may have missed something
& idk if youd be interested, but i would love to work together on mods somehow, with ideas and stuff, whatever. because i cant mod on my Mac, but i really want to be a part of modding it really interest me. haha
