yeah, if i knew how to mod properly, i would do it myself. if you manage to do this, kenneth, i would be thankful^^ (and try to modify it a bit so it doesn't remove too much old stuff, basically what wizard was complaining about)

it's a real bummer that you are able to make game engines, but you're not able to make games.
i would like to control every aspect of one's life, from office software over OSes to games.
now, after i've already released OSes for everything, with all features there are, software, office software and so on with every feature, there is no new software to make.
having the ability to make games would solve this problem, because you can always make games, there are so many different kinds of games.

i like this mod because of the scenarios with winning conditions and the extra software, but removing an aspect of the game, even if it would fit, seems just weird to me.

also, if the mod maker is gone, does that mean we can copy/modify/republish this mod ourselves now, since it belongs to no one now?

Why disable games and game engines in this mod when you expect to release something made for game develeopment expansion later. Why not just do it in that one? Don't get me wrong, I love the mod. But I'd like to be able to make game engines and games until you get around to making the expansion for those types of software. :I

@ititan Yes, the base system requires a server, and the 5GB/25GB/100GB features require A LOT of servers - however this is to be expected with hundreds of thousands of users.

Does the cloud software require a server?

Fix: If the mod does not appear
- Restart your game
- Restart your Steam

There are some 'modded' dependencies (such as Gaming Platform requiring Cloud Software for a feature), and I will be adding more in the future (particularly around security and networking).

How the hell did you get your mod to upload / go Public? Mine is stuck on Hidden.

Should add whether it supports Beta Branches on Steam or not.
