does this work with mk1212?
JesusChristIsLord Apr 11, 2024 @ 2:45pm
thanks for the mod!

Does this mod make a general nearly invincible? Numerous times a single general has nearly wiped out cohorts. Taking hundreds of stabs or arrows before finally dieing.
NPC Sep 23, 2018 @ 9:41pm
is this up to date?
TheZuma  [author] May 2, 2018 @ 10:01pm
@LT I don't I will do the one man general, but I will definitely do the traits, hopefully a new and upgraded version of this one ;)
RedComet Apr 3, 2018 @ 4:49pm
the single general is so op i had my troops attack him and then hit max speed, had to wait 15 minutes for him to die. so, uh, unsubbed. thankfully, there's a version without.
ioci Feb 9, 2018 @ 1:10am
have to say that the default status of the general is way too strong, they all looks like super Maximus and agressivelly killing every one who met him in his path...
a heavy nerf on default status will be awesome

its possible make a mood that give to every the foot generals square formation? I think it would be nice to see your guards die for your general to the end, and maybe more good than took ypur general in first line in every figth. Thanks
Nightrader Nov 23, 2017 @ 9:48am
The single general literally killed my entire army.
TheZuma  [author] Aug 2, 2017 @ 6:28am
@Zilli Read the description, made that aswell ;)

I would like the gereral with bodyguards than the one man army.
Stormy Apr 12, 2017 @ 10:09am
Unfortunately the one man general unit does not work with custom factions. I am using Terminus Imperium and factions that are added by the mod do not support this unit. I know it is quite a lot to ask for but is there a possibility that it will work in the future ?
TheZuma  [author] Apr 12, 2017 @ 10:01am
@Stormyvill Well it should
Stormy Apr 12, 2017 @ 7:31am
Greetings, this is a great mod but it does not work with new (custom) factions does it ?
刁大大 Jan 11, 2017 @ 4:19pm
need more faces
TheZuma  [author] Jul 23, 2016 @ 3:54pm
@Massacre&Raze! In theory, yes, but I would not recommend trying.
Khomé! Jul 23, 2016 @ 3:53pm
Save mod compaitable ?
MINOS Jun 29, 2016 @ 10:47am
Wished i had seen that you made an alternative Version earlier...my Savegame got destroyed because of this...even after unsubscribing still have the 300 Attack single General...
MINOS Jun 29, 2016 @ 10:36am
One Person Generals, really?
The other Things are good, but that not...
Rivuaiasan Jun 23, 2016 @ 5:10am
Oh sry that part i overread xD I subscribed to the wrong version sry :S i was sure i subriced to the other version but eyes can decieve ;D
TheZuma  [author] Jun 23, 2016 @ 4:30am
@Rivuaiasan Read the description ;)
Rivuaiasan Jun 22, 2016 @ 12:57pm
I don't know why, but when i turn your mod on, all new general units only have 1 person in it... why?
TheZuma  [author] Jun 20, 2016 @ 3:11am
@HappyCompy Productions★ I really appreciate your kind words! Thank you for being awesome ;)
Working Joe Jun 19, 2016 @ 8:49pm
Ohhhh nevermind!!! You already did!!! Thank you SO MUCH for this mod! It has completely changed the game for me and makes it like Crusader Kings II now!! You have done the community a HUGE service!
Working Joe Jun 19, 2016 @ 8:44pm
I love this mod but I dislike the "The General" unit very much. Any chances for a version without it?
RedComet May 26, 2016 @ 6:31pm
yeah, that "the general" unit is pretty aggravating actually.
TheZuma  [author] May 10, 2016 @ 4:42am
@blackdog284 Then you've sadly been unlucky! There's exacly the same chance to get good- aswell as bad traits... I can try to make a version with higher chances of getting the positive traits, if you want me to. I'm very glad to hear that you'll be using my mod! :)
blackdog284 May 9, 2016 @ 2:58pm
great concept but god so many negative traits. seems like these mostly hinder.. i would love to get some positive traits, not all positive traits but a few more in the mix up of bad would really make this mod perfect. it reminds me of medival 2 tbh. great job sir. iv played 2k hours of shogun 2 and over 800 hours of rome 2. about to start my atilla binge and this is a mod I WILL USE
TheZuma  [author] Apr 20, 2016 @ 6:09am
@Filasder 'Theoraticly'
Filasder Apr 19, 2016 @ 12:11pm
compatible with Special traits & Legendary heirlooms ?
TheZuma  [author] Apr 14, 2016 @ 10:56am
@Ronaldus Invictus I don't think so... Only in the turns where you get the traits. i guess?
Chief Zuma Apr 14, 2016 @ 10:48am
This is sort of an odd question but does this affect performance much? I mean all the new traits and the probabilities surrounding them seem like a lot for the computer to juggle. I really enjoy this though. I feel like my generals are people and not just placeholders as in the vanilla game.
TheZuma  [author] Apr 4, 2016 @ 11:54am
@FlyingDutchMan Why thank you!
FlyingDutchMan Apr 4, 2016 @ 11:48am
Well, you did a great job in exaggerate the traits.
TheZuma  [author] Apr 3, 2016 @ 11:12pm
@nathanallen8083 Thanks! I'm not gonna remove any traits though... And according to "That i think many people will enjoy", then sadly not; this is my most unsuccesful mod yet :/

@ThatGuy1979 Read the description ;)
ThatGuy1979 Apr 3, 2016 @ 8:49pm
What's the difference between this one and the other version?
Ouroboros8083 Apr 3, 2016 @ 8:16pm
This is freakin' brilliant! Besides as Dalthius said, there being some minor spelling/grammar errors that can be game breaking for a split second, the only thing that i could possibly "complain" about is sometimes the "randomness" is obvious- You'll sometimes have 2 or 3 that pump up one category but then 3 or 4 that then take away those very bonuses. Maybe instead of 8 traits make it 4-6? Just an idea. But all in this is awesome! Reminded me of Medieval 2, and the trait system used in that- Kudos man, this adds a layer to the game that I think many people will enjoy!
TheZuma  [author] Apr 2, 2016 @ 1:03am
@Dalthius No apologies needed, i'm only glad that you notified me about it ;)
I will take a look at it later.
Dalthius Apr 1, 2016 @ 7:33pm
Oh! My apologies. You did quite well, then! They are all quite minor, but they do add up. "Barely" vs. "Bearly", "to" instead of "two", and so on.
TheZuma  [author] Apr 1, 2016 @ 2:02pm
@Dalthius Well i happen to be danish, which describes why my english aren't perfect. I will be relieved if you could tell me where my major grammatic errors are.
Dalthius Mar 31, 2016 @ 7:02pm
Looks neat. Would encourage you to edit it a bit more; misspelled words give an appearance of an unprofessional product. I'll probably go with the non-General version for balance purposes.
Games4476 Mar 30, 2016 @ 1:13pm
Thank you sorry apparently I cannot read. The trait additions are amazing.
TheZuma  [author] Mar 29, 2016 @ 9:59pm
@Windows7 Yes, you'll have to start a new campaign. If you still want the traits, but not the general, then use this version: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=653518411
Games4476 Mar 29, 2016 @ 4:49pm
Hey man is there a bunch of these generals around? I just don't want it in my campaign is all. No offense I will just restart.
TheZuma  [author] Mar 28, 2016 @ 10:03pm
@Windows7 Well, i can guarentee you, that he can't slay a thousand men, more like 70-80'ish. Just sorround him ;)
Games4476 Mar 28, 2016 @ 5:10pm
I can't add a screenshot but I uploaded one of the stats of the general. its insane haha!
Games4476 Mar 28, 2016 @ 4:37pm
After adding this the AI is attacking me with a literal one man army that is a general who has +300 of each stat is can slay thousands of men on his own. What gives?
Grimhat Mar 28, 2016 @ 3:36pm
So I've ben trying this mod out for about 6 hours now in a new campaign, and i realy love the way it has spiced up the way I deal with character placement and politics.

For example: One of my generals outside of the family had incredible traits, and was leading my main army on a rampage all trough north africa with his endless riches, unmatched strategic skill and incredible skill at increasing morale and reinforcing his army.

But after a while he started to get too powerfull, and had more than 60% of all influence in my faction. He refused all attempts of becoming my kings adopted son, and led my controll of the nation below 30%, leading multiple generals (even the crown prince, who is a useless piece of treacherous shit) to the brink of rebelion, so I finaly decided that I had to assassinate him.

I've never had such a relationship with one of my generals in a TW game ever:P Gonna remember this guy for years to come^^
TheZuma  [author] Mar 28, 2016 @ 1:00am
@Leuname But they don't(?) The "evolves" happens completely randomly, and should be quite rare.
Jesus Loves You^_^ Mar 28, 2016 @ 12:44am
OK, I see; but evolving every turn on all 8 traits is hugely unbalancing the game, and I think it's logically impossible.
