I've already been notified, I copied the YNAEMP coords for a different civ accidentally
I highly doubt it considering the Sogdians had all but disappeared by the 11th century.

Most modded civs are compatible with E&D without their own decisions, they just get the standard ones then :)
I don't think modded civs are even compatible with E and D unless there are some decisions present.
It only has decisions as that is all that is needed for it to be compatible. Also coding events is a real pain.
