Weta is not a person, it's a company. And they didn't made the item, this is a promo item for that company. This account is just to upload the files of the items so they can be officialy aprobed.

Ok to all of you who want to know how to download tf2 items on the workshop, you cant! Tf2 is different than skyrim, they are not mods they are items people make and are voted on. If valve approves of the item it is added to tf2, it can be droped, crafted, or unboxed depending on what the item is. Hope this helps
