Actually, Vahlen was trying to continue the XCOM Project on her own. She had Big Sky and the original Skyranger, and a few XCOM troops, plus she attracted some scientists to her cause, then she completely forgot what she was doing and starting experementing with the genetic shackles that the Ethereals put in the aliens' DNA and created the alien rulers. They they broke out and killed pretty much all her people. Vahlen was very much a "can I", and not a "should I" sort of person. The only decent thing she did in the end was build the hunter weapons.

@pcwizard7, When the fall of XCOM happened, that didn't stop Vahlen's research. So she started to work at ADVENT and created alien rulers.

I love to be able to swap our main scientist and engerinner to the old ones. at least Vahlen since nothing is said what happen to her in game? any1 know?

To militarybro | trade.tf: Vahlen is missing in action. We know she escaped because of the hunter aliens in the 2nd DLC, but I haven't beaten that and I think that even once you do, you don't find her. Just consider her working underground against advent since you find some intel cache's in small worshop's of her's in abandoned apartments (geoscape caches) and she's just unapproachable face to face.

hah finally my moira vahlen character is complete! time to get her into a bas ass class and kiss those aliens goodbye just i doubt ill set her up as the anarchist class she was a stickler for big booms lol Moira if she was on the field would probably be more a medic type or a hacker type so really id set her up as a specialist lols

Vahlen's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ boogeyman in XCOM 2. You see notes, Bradford avoiding the subject altogether, and pictures of books when you raid intel caches that have big pieces of paper with VAHLEN scribbled in a creepy manner. This gives us a chance to use the boogeyman.
