just make sure to take them off your guns, and trash them if in your bags/cheests.
1- open items_weapons_forsilencer.txt
2- find item AssaultRifle2
3- change magazine type to "Base.M14Clip"
4- change ammo type to "Base.308Bullets"
So, is otherwise safe to just uninstall mid-game in case that was a concern for anyone
Well, never has a mod made me so furious so fast. Have been working on clearing out the Rosewood prison for a short while now & thought a silencer would be good to have at some point. However, since I had only a short time to play PZ w/the husband today, I opted to deal w/that later. Cue me using my M14 in a busy hall only to see that my M14 is requiring M16 mag w/5.56 ammo. Had to switch between very long range M788 & 2 short range 9mm AND suffer the mod's (w/out silencer) gun sounds: w/VERY low quality, low volume for some reason
Reloading had a fan noise every time with the actual reload souds being loud asf; both guns were poor & low when fired, sounding like Nerf peashooters (seemingly made no noise to others). Got rid of the mod as soon as we left the prison.
Don't bother with this mod until it is actually updated proper; CAN get you killed if you are caught by off-guard by current nonsense issues
If you want a silencer mod, Just use "Improvised silencers mod" by Max. The silencer in that mod actually works and the sound is not as loud at all.

Pistole works fine for us, but other weapons just shooting in silence
