It is I did a quick test.

I asked because I have a couple of mods that do similar things with the buildings added in the conclave pack and they mad it so the historic wonders the devs programmed didn't spawn.

I haven't played CK2 for a while, but this should be compatible since it's a normal building

Is this compatable with Great works, Meaning does it stop the default wonders that are ment to already be built from existing?

I understand that you made Julich a subholding city and Aachen the capital but it is just wrong historically... Aachen is a city hence why it is a subholding in Julich.. I still use this mod because I enjoy how it makes holding Julich more valuable but maybe you could think about reverting the namings of the holdings back.

Well its not easy for AI to form HRE but sometimes it happens

Oh really... oops. Still I wish he had Aachen from the start, since the AI is not keen on changing capital.

My biggest problem is that AI Charlie never forms the HRE in my games, only Francia even when he actually conquered Lombardy. Maybe having the dejure capital of the HRE might make him want to create it more ?

He actually did rule from Vermandois before Aachen, IIRC they said it in some documentary about him.

Hey could you make Aachen the capital for Charlemagne in the earliest bookmark ? I never understood why his beginning capital is elsewhere, since I'm pretty sure that's where he ruled even before being crowned emperor...

(it also changes path of French trade route, so it now goes trough Aachen)
