@rocko6alex: I have - check out my other collections for RICO buildings. These aren't RICO buildings because tanks don't really employ people in real life. But if you want them to, you can add settings yourself with the mod. :)

A ploppable small oil tank would be pretty multi-purpose, you could use it in farming areas and wastewater treatment plants.
