-20% health
Alt fire: throw knife
On kill: User is highlighted for enemy team
Silent kill: no noise from headshots

Couldn't Valve just add the entire set? The Bazooka is missing a secondary (Escape Plan is melee). BOTH Public Enemy and Urban Professionals have no melee. Really?

Hats always wins for valve, but not this. Valve rarely if add a new valuable statful weapon in-game they are faken scared cause of everything must keep fit with every damage or weapon advantage and disadvantage system.

Guys: This wasn't added because there wasn't anything unique or cool about this, it's just a knife. The kukri is just like this only more dull and more rounded.
