It works with alternate launcher, but loading into a mission the game freezes :D

Thanks for the kind words! Unfortunately I don't have time these days to update or add features. Apparently this mod is still functional under the DLC to date...no idea if it will still work with WotC.
If anyone wants to take this mod and run with it, update it for WotC or add features, they are more than welcome to!

On your suggestion, have a look for the "Individual Arms" mod.
And while I'm in the mood of praising him, I'd like to offer a mod upgrade...
How about remaking the mod to have the vanilla arms options be made available as "Left and Right Arm" pieces utilizing the "Left and Right Arm" system introduced by the "Anarchy's Children" DLC. Also that system is added into the vanilla game itself and not just with AC when the game was patched when AC launched so AC is not required for the implementation of the system in a cosmetic mod. With this method we won't need to have any more additional arms options in the main "Arms" option in the game. It would also be great to have separate left and right arm customization for tier 2 and 3 armors as well :)

All of the options are selectable in the menu, but at least 3 of them the skin texture is completely missing. Just shows up as purple.

This may not apply to your mod, but I noticed the size for that file in your mod is large so please look into it.

I've had a few people report missing arms, but I can't see anything that would be causing it. All arms show up in my tests and the scripts look good. It could be a conflict of some kind with another mod, if you have something else installed that affects arm options.

Paragon mentioned he downloaded other arm mods, so he probably has more arm options than you. The game automatically labels all the body part options with numbers, I haven't been able to figure out a way to get it to display names. The A to F simply refers to how the actual models are named inside the packages - it didn't occur to me, but I can see how that would be confusing, as most people would think of them as 1 to 6. Perhaps I should change that.
Also yeah, I'll probably add versions of option 5, I've gotten quite a few requests for it, and it doesn't take much work.
Paragon said there is an Arm 14 option amongst the choices and yet on my game (base game only as I was unable to Pre-purchase the game, so no Resistance Warrior Pack Bonus DLC for me T_T) and you Count_Zero_Interrupt opted to label the arms with letters as designation (based on your download page descriptions. Whilst the game actually labels the arms as 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 which totals 14 arms exactly. So when Paragon said he's missing Arm 14, did he mean to say Arm 13? Or is there supposed to be a fifteenth arm (Arm 14) in your pack?
I'm also hoping you'd reconsider making symmetrical versions of Arm 4 (game label) a.k.a. Arm E (your naming scheme) a.k.a. the actual vanilla game fifth Arm a.k.a. Arm 5.
