Also, I don't think KI (the devs). I've asked about making fan animations by email and they are ok with people making any kinds of art with their propery, just don't make profit from it.
Want to know how intelligent he was? He was able to make a portable phone charger with an Altoid's case, some special like battery, and wires.
I remember he took the whole game of Majora's Mask and placed it on his phone.

I'm thinking I should extract the Commons from Wizard City and port it into SFM.
I do believe though that i'm the only guy on the internet who knows how to mod the music in Wizard101 without it getting replaced by the file-checker on startup, though, which is cool.
