@TH3_S3RV1C3 i seem to be having the same problem even without theme mixer on snowfall maps.

if you can change the theme, how hard is it to introduce seasons? (probably a whole other story)

I can’t see any “mod” option in the menu. Why is that? Does that mean that it didn’t download? Id my city was created before installing the Mod will it allow to snow?

So, the Mod is very useful but, it has a big error; When you play in a map with Winter Theme (with the Snowfall DLC) you can't come back to another Enviroment, for example Temperate or European, if you change the Enviroment, the map will crash and some structures and Props will disappear, as i know, this happen when you mix "Theme Mixer 2.5" and "Enviroment Changer" in the same map. If someone knows how to fix it, cuold you reply my comment.

Hi @LemonsterOG , i don't think you have used Theme Mixer 2.5 because it can also change the enviroment to snow (snowfall dlc theme)?

Like the city would actually behave to how the enviromemt is changing (e.g. more electricity drain and less sun = less electricity from windmills).

This is all done through the first tab of the theme mixer menu. Or I might be missing something.

@Snewo-NL -- Theme Mixer doesn't do anything like this mod...at all. This mod allows you to change the environment the map is played with...meaning, if you have the Snowfall DLC and use this mod to change a Temperate map to a Snowfall environment, it will actually snow on the map.

Why would you use this mod when you have the Theme Mixer mod? You can easily switch themes during gameplay instead of before loading a map.

@matrix_basic88 no, it breaks cities when you change themes in 1.17.1-f2.

@BloodyPenguin please update this mod. It's really fun to use and makes an enjoyable simulation by making seasons possible. When you try to switch a city from any theme besides winter to winter, the game crashes when you unpause the simulation. just use theme mixer 2, change theme when on the map instead of in map selection

It works fine. I just now used it to change and save the Tropical themed "Garden Rivers" to the Boreal theme (new starting save) .

Can you update it to the new version?

@CarolinaSeeker94 -- I've never had an issue with this mod. Have you checked your Compatibility Report for conflicting/outdated/broken mods?

When i change in to an diffrent theme on an save all the houses disapear and all you can see is the foundations. The roads too disapear with just blue (see throught the map) replaces it.

First of all: really cool, and impressive mod!
However, I am wondering whether anybody knows if this mod "messes up" natural disaster scenarios?
Background: I started the scenario "Tornado country" first and then discovered this mod later in the game. I used this mod to change the save game to a more realistic looking custom map theme (also temperate) but did not change the "base theme" where it said "temperate (do not change)". However, since then I do not experience any random natural disasters anymore.
Did I break my scenario with this mod or is there just a real long time in the scenario where now disasters happen?

Hi @cahubble09, thanks for replying. I use Theme Mixer 2, and I also used this mod, both worked perfectly together, but it's been a while that when I select the "winter" basemap, it gives a bug and the props, vehicles and trees disappear when zooming or moving the Mouse . When I disable this mod, everything goes back to normal. Before loading the city, I select the basemap "winter", and leave the theme as "none". Am I doing something wrong?
