Sorry for the incredibly late reply, I haven't been paying attention to the notifications bar (it's not like I get many...).
I don't think either of your issues should be due to the mod, or at least not intentionally.
Then again, I made this over 6 years ago and haven't touched it in ages, so don't remember too many details, I'm afraid.

I'm testing your mod which looks interesting on the aspects it modifies
I noted two things to confirm if it is because of your mod or a conflict:
- when starting a campaign with Rome in my head, I start with -4 food, is that intended?
- I wanted to raid with two armies on the Genua region (then controlled by Massilia who declared war on me) I went from +1500 income to -1000 maybe, from memory. Like is it on purpose?
