shouldn't be out of date, but paradox has a nasty habit of breaking code with every version so could be that they stop working. But if you are using it with an overhaul mod you probably need a dependency.

I cant tell if half of these mods are working are they out of date i'm also using the HIP mod

Try the manual links listed in the descriptions, steam can have issues downloading mods

Sorry, but no of this mod change something in the game... I don't know what's the mistake, but there is everything the same like before your mods :(
